DBR Johnson/Evinrude 3.3 Liter B-Spec Sleeve

This is a blue print to over 450 hp with proper modern electronics and aftermarket components. We have done all the work and testing to make this possible for you. Simply drop the template sleeve in a Ficth or E-Tec block and scribe the block to your new port heights, shapes and angles. This is as simple as it gets. Start grinding (if you are a do it yourself guy) your block or send it off to your favorite engine builder. A big hp OMC is now available for you to build without any guess work, degree wheels, or calipers. We have spent years developing these port heights and shapes for maximum hp and reliability. If ground correctly, you will see amazing gains. These sleeves are designed for use with the DBR 3.3 liter B-Spec Piston. This combination will provide a port spec that can win a drag race or make your OMC the baddest on your lake.

This sleeve/piston design is targeted for minimal transfer port grinding (raising)...in fact none. Cylinder head mods will be required and no head gaskets are used. O-ring heads are required. Decking of the block after sleeve installation is also required. Please call for assistance. Check out the installation video below.
