DBR Johnson/Evinrude 3.0 Liter Finger Port B-Spec Sleeve
This is a drop in finger port sleeve capable of producing over 425hp and 10,000 rpm. This sleeve is designed for use with a modified Wiseco 3119 piston or we can build ours .This also requires head and squish mods for the new deck height. As with the 3.3 sleeve this design uses a 1mm shorter deck height. If you want all torque you can run the standard piston deck height and keep peak power down in the rpm range. We have won many races using this exact port spec.This sleeve design provides the tuner with porting shapes and heights that will win an F-1 race. A properly built 3 liter requires no welding to or epoxy on the block. This is the perfect sleeper. The block can remain stock appearing but haul ass. The 3 liter open deck block has large header diameters and lends itself to high rpm and over-rev. The drop in template sleeve makes porting less painful. Do it yourself or have your builder grind to this spec. It works.
