Thanks for all the calls and emails. Joe is working through the day to day struggle with  post surgery and adapting to life's changes that accompany an accident of this magnitude. Joe survived an injury of epic proportions and is tending to the most important things in life first, his family. He is recovering slowly and his positive attitude is admirable to say the least.

I have just returned from weeks of therapy and too am adapting to the abrupt change of a broken back and its life style changes.
My injuries are far less extensive than  Joe's and they say full recovery is possible. I am slowly returning to work and we will both be up to speed asap. We are very sorry for any delayed responses from us as we both incurred injuries unexpectedly and simultaneously.

Thanks again, Dave.

Dave has been severely hurt and been in rehab with doctors optimistic in saying this  healing program will bring him back to work 100%.  We are  very sorry for this past few months as most of you know Joe broke his back (much higher degree of fracture and surgery) has too been hard to reach as he recovers.  We are slowly but surely getting back to pace and hope you all can bear with this delay as it is going to be over soon. Our level 1 kits are available and many new products are on the way. Please keep checking in, we will be back stronger than ever.

Thanks

This is the first of our new 300 XS cowlings. This fiberglass alien cowl uses stock mounting hardware. Designed and manufactured by Mike Nass, this cowl cuts 10 lbs. of weight and provides the air your XS is wanting. We recommend 91 octane fuel and we also recommend to remap the ecu to provide for the added air intake. In fact if you are looking for more racing power this is your first step. This is bolt on power. You will need to vent the stock cowl or use an aftermarket cowl to enjoy our other bolt on XS performance racing parts. The stock cowl is a restricter plate. This part is a direct clone of the 300 X to fit the XS pans. The alien style cowling eliminates the water ingestion issue. (Adam McKeon's video)

DBR and NHR have collaborated on very much needed 300xs alien style cowling.
We all have seen Adam McKeon's video of the 300xs sucking water at speed. It is awesome to officially include Adam and to have him be the first to test on the water the new cowling that cures the problem his video made famous. This new cowling opens up the potential for engine upgrades as more CFM of air can be rammed into engine. Cowlings are available in carbon fiber or fiberglass. Uses stock mounting hardware. Installation is easy and removes at least 10 lb. of weight off the engine.

Sam Jenkins from Jacksonville Florida won the 2011 modified production world title using DBR  power. Congratulations to Sam for all you hard work developing and tuning a winning carbureted engine competing against the worlds best Mercury EFI power-plants. Sam battled all rounds very convincingly however lost one round and photo finished for the title against a hard charging Tommy Dunn powered Bruce Tripp. Great race to you all.
